Raw Local Honey
Small batch, raw and unfiltered local honey, harvested straight from the backyard hives on the greenhouse property. Rich, dark, pure nectar, poured into glass the way it left the comb.
Tasting notes
Flavour and aroma. Deep amber wildflower nectar with notes of wild clover, warm caramel and late summer blossoms, carrying a rich, lingering floral fragrance.
Pairings. Beautiful with strong black tea, crusty sourdough, aged sharp cheeses, or drizzled over warm oats and fruit.
Choose a size
Keep it sealed at room temperature. Raw honey may crystallize in time. Warm the jar gently in water and it returns to liquid.
